Bruker Impact II

Bruker Impact II Q-TOF mass spectrometer provides high resolution, mass accurate analysis using electrospray ionization. It is used to analyze small molecules and can be coupled with a Bruker Elute UHPLC for LC-MS and LC-MS/MS of small molecules and peptides.

It is also used to analyze intact proteins with the largest protein analyzed to date by PAMS being an intact purified antibody.
